How do I join the beta?

Head to the join page, install on iPhone or Android, create your free account, then email beta@heliomaps.com for your invite code.

What does the invite code do?

It unlocks Pro for the whole test (cloud sync, no ads, unlimited trail‑cam photo backup). Redeem it under the beta / redeem screen in the app after you sign in. Send us 3 pieces of feedback by Aug 15 and Pro stays free for a full year.

Using the app

Does it work with no signal?

Yes. HelioMaps is offline‑first — download your ground while you have a connection (the Offline button on the map) and it keeps working deep in the timber.

How do I add my property lines?

Open a ranch, tap the parcel/property tools, and build your boundary from the parcels or draw it by hand. Zoom in far enough and neighboring property lines and owners appear.

Why don't I see property lines when zoomed out?

When there are too many parcels in view we hide the lines to keep the map readable — zoom in and they'll draw in.

Do my pins and photos sync?

When you're signed in, your pins, boundaries, trails, and (with Pro) photos back up to the cloud so you don't lose them and can use them across devices.

Account & data

How do I delete my account or data?

You can delete individual ranches and pins in the app. To delete your whole account and cloud data, email beta@heliomaps.com and we'll take care of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
